Transformer of the wiring methods

Transformer wiring method

1. Test the insulation resistance of the "input" and "output" wiring terminals of the short-circuit transformer with a megohmmeter.  When the 1000V megohm meter is used, the resistance is greater than 2M ohm.  

2, transformer input, output power line section wiring should be its current value size requirements;  The current density is 2-2.5a /min2.  

3. Input and output three-phase power lines should be connected with phase A, phase B and phase C respectively according to the yellow, green and red bus colors of the transformer wiring board. The neutral line should be connected with the neutral neutral line of the transformer transformer, and the ground line, transformer shell and transformer point should be connected.  Usually we say ground and zero line are derived from the neutral point of the transformer.  (Such as the transformer box should be connected with the box grounding mark).  Check the input and output lines to make sure they are correct.  

4. first no-load power, observe the test input and output voltage meets the requirements.  At the same time, observe whether the machine has abnormal sound, lighting, peculiar smell and other abnormal phenomena, if there is abnormal, please disconnect the input power.  

5. Load can be connected only after no-load test is completed and normal.
