        CHNZBTECH electrical and automation system adopts an advanced two-level network control architecture, integrating PLC fieldbus technology, industrial computer monitoring technology, full digital AC variable frequency drive technology, and intelligent instrumentation systems into a complete integrated electrical automation solution.

        The low-voltage power supply system utilizes a dual incoming power source design with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). In the event of power failure or maintenance on one power source, the system automatically switches to the standby source, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the furnace equipment.

        The automation system is based on Siemens S7 series PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial-grade IPC/HMI platforms, enabling precise furnace body control, stable electrode regulation, and coordinated operation of auxiliary equipment through industrial Ethernet communication networks.
