The low-voltage power supply system is designed as a dual power supply mode. The main incoming cabinet is equipped with a dual power automatic switching switch. When one incoming line fails or is overhauled, it will automatically switch to another power supply, which improves the reliability of power supply. Ensure continuous operation of the equipment.
The low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts non-standard type, and the protection level is IP42. MCC cabinets, PLC cabinets, frequency conversion cabinets and other cabinets are made of plastic-sprayed steel plate, and the thickness of the original plate is not less than 2mm; the busbars and branch busbars in the cabinets are equipped with heat-shrinkable insulation sleeves, and the cabinet has a bottom plate. The component panel of the operating table is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and beautiful.
The electrical components in the cabinet are selected from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, AB, etc., which are safe and reliable with low failure rate.
Mainly consist of two sets of Siemens S7-300 series PLCs and two sets of IPC. The IPC is an engineering station (upper monitoring computer), which contains application software WinXP and configuration software WinCC. It mainly completes the entire arc furnace production process and parameter monitoring. PLC1 is for the furnace body control, PLC2 is for electrode regulator contro, and constitutes industrial Ethernet through the network communication network card and other communication accessories.
Basic level automation is mainly composed of two sets of Siemens S7-1500 PLCs and two Advantech industrial computers. Advantech's industrial computer, as a high-level monitoring computer, mainly completes the entire production process of ladle refining furnaces and the monitoring of the operating status and parameters of important equipment; and reserves process control and management level interfaces to network with steelmaking and continuous casting systems to exchange information.
According to the technical requirements and equipment process requirements, the electrical system proposed in this agreement is based on two-level network technology, integrating computer control technology, PLC field bus technology, all-digital AC frequency conversion speed regulation and intelligent instrument system three-electricity integrated control scheme.
