Electric energy is input into EAF through graphite electrode, and the arc between electrode end and charge is used as heat source for steelmaking. 1.Ultra high power
EAF ultra-high power technology is the focus of our research. Ultra high power is the most prominent feature of the new generation EAF equipment. The advanced EAF steelmaking technology ensures that the production capacity and quality reach the highest level. The EAF power configuration can reach 1500KVA / T molten steel ultra-high power input, and the time from tapping to tapping is compressed to within 45min, thus greatly improving EAF production capacity.
EAF adopts a new scrap preheating technology, which can reduce the production cost to the maximum extent, increase the output and reach the environmental protection standard. The energy consumption of the 100% steel scrap is preheated and effectively recycled, so that the energy consumption per ton of steel is reduced to below 280KWh. After the use of horizontal preheating or top scrap preheating technology, furnace wall oxygen lance technology, foam slag technology and automatic electrode connection technology, the efficiency of modern EAF smelting is greatly improved.
After EAF is combined with LF, VD, VOD and other equipment, it can produce high-quality steel and stainless steel. The unique features of this furnace are ultra-high power input and high production capacity.
