There are several types of commonly used bag dust removal systems: natural air cooling + bag dust collector, air cooler + bag dust collector.

The air cooler + pulse bag filter type system is a negative pressure system, and the induced draft fan is placed behind the dust removal system. The process principle is as follows: the flue gas of ferrosilicon furnace first enters the air cooler, which is fully cooled and cooled to the temperature range that the bag dust collector can withstand, and then enters the bag pulse dust collector. The flue gas after dust removal is discharged from the induced draft fan chimney up to the standard, and the dust is discharged from the ash hopper.

Characteristics of submerged arc furnace 

1. Good ash cleaning effect: the large-diameter submerged pulse valve is adopted, with small injection resistance and low air pressure. The instantaneous injection pressure of ash cleaning reaches 2000Pa, with strong ash cleaning and good effect.

2. Easy maintenance: the upper cover structure is adopted, and the bag can be changed quickly by extracting the filter bag frame; The main fan is in a clean air flow working environment, the blades of the main fan do not need cleaning and maintenance, and the fan operation is relatively stable.

3. Small investment: matching the new composite filter material with significantly improved wear resistance, folding resistance and peel strength, which can not only withstand high temperature, but also improve the filtration wind speed and long service life; The framework adopts integral die welded framework, and the upper part of the framework is equipped with integral venturi, which has good overall performance, corrosion resistance, high surface finish and no damage to the filter bag; The filter unit and dust removal body flower plate are assembled with spring snap ring, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance and has good sealing performance; Due to the good quality of accessories, the overall operation cost is effectively reduced.

4. Professional design: in view of the special situation that the flue gas temperature at the outlet of submerged arc furnace can reach more than 450 °, an outdoor natural cooling system is specially designed, which does not consume energy and power, and can greatly save cost. On this basis, an automatic control cold air valve is added for use in case of excessive temperature, so as to ensure the safety of equipment operation.
