Product performance and selection

1. Design parameters: Industrial tower: air wet bulb temperature τ=28℃, cooling tower temperature drop: 10~25℃. The civil tower is: air wet bulb temperature τ=28℃, cooling tower temperature drop: 5~8℃.

2. When selecting a tower, it is necessary to know the cooling water quantity Q, the inlet water temperature t1, the outlet water temperature t2, and the air wet bulb temperature

3. The material of the cooling tower can withstand the low temperature of -50℃, but the area where the average temperature of the coldest month is lower than -10℃ should be stated when ordering, so that anti-icing measures can be taken.

4. The turbidity of circulating water is not more than 50 mg/L, and the short-term is not more than 100 mg/L. It should not contain oil and mechanical impurities. When necessary, measures to kill algae and stabilize water quality shall be taken.

5. The direction of the water inlet and outlet pipes of the cooling tower can be rotated at 90°, 180°, and 270°.cooling tower- CHNZBTECH

6. The water distribution system is designed according to the nominal water flow. If the difference between the actual water volume and the nominal water volume is more than ±15%, it should be stated when ordering so that some data can be modified.

7. The inlet water temperature of the cooling tower should not exceed 60℃. If it exceeds 60℃, please specify when ordering.

8. The installation angle of the fan blades is adjustable, but the angle should be consistent. And the current of the motor does not exceed the rated current of the motor.

9. The fan can be reversed at low speed for a short time to eliminate ice.

10. When the water pan of the cooling tower is used as the pool, the "automatic water supply pipe", "rapid water supply pipe", "sewage pipe" and "overflow pipe" must be installed separately. Special mention must be made when ordering, and the cost will be calculated separately.

11. Motors and fans are supplied as a complete set, and the factory needs to send employees to the site for installation or technical guidance.

Structural features 

(1) Packing: Adopting the patented product of the Fourth Academy—oblique trapezoidal wave packing sheet, with horizontal increase of ribs, large water redistribution capacity, low resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance 70℃, low temperature resistance -50℃, resistance Good flammability.

(2) Motor: Designed by the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University and manufactured by Yingmengjin Electrical Machinery Factory, it is a patented product of the Fourth Academy with variable torque, low noise and energy-saving motor. It has good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency and low noise.

(3) Deceleration device: Deceleration device with power ≤11/5.5KW, adopts polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, does not stretch when exposed to water, overcomes the phenomenon of slippage, and has low noise. The deceleration device with power ≥15/7.5KW adopts gear deceleration mode, and the motor is installed outside the wind tube.

(4) Fan: The Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University designed low-noise, high-efficiency, wing-shaped glass fiber reinforced plastic blades according to the parameters of this series of products, with low noise, high efficiency and adjustable blade angles.

(5) Water collection and water distribution device: using reflective low-pressure nozzles, for small towers with single swirl nozzles, water distribution is uniform and water pressure is low. The water collection device can reduce the floating water loss to 0.01%.

(6) Sound absorption facilities: Ultra-low noise cooling towers are installed with sound-absorbing materials and sound-absorbing grids on the air outlet of the upper tower to achieve the maximum noise reduction effect.

(7) Sound absorption facilities: Ultra-low noise cooling towers are equipped with sound-absorbing materials and sound-absorbing grids on the air outlet of the upper tower body to reduce the noise of fans and motors. For the small tower, set a mushroom-shaped sound-absorbing grid.

(8) Drip water noise reduction mat: For low-noise and ultra-low noise cooling towers, a sound-permeable sound-absorbing mat is specially designed, and a layer of oblique wave plate is installed under it, which greatly reduces the dripping noise.

(9) Overhaul platform: Overhaul platform with checkered steel plate on the top of the tower, which is convenient for maintenance and installation.

(10) Lower tray: The cooling towers of shallow water tray and deep and deep water tray are equipped with lower water tray for water storage. According to the order requirements, it can be equipped with overflow, sewage, automatic and manual water supply pipes, which can directly suck water from the lower tray.

(11) Bracket: The cooling tower steel bracket is galvanized and coated with epoxy asphalt paint for corrosion protection. The fasteners are all galvanized bolts.
