What is industrial silicon furnace?

Industrial silicon is also called crystalline silicon. The main use of industrial silicon is as an additive for non-ferrous alloys. Industrial silicon is also used as alloying agent for silicon steel with strict requirements, deoxidizer for smelting special steel and non-ferrous alloys. The high energy consumption of industrial silicon production in China is mainly due to unreasonable design and low control and management level.

The unreasonable design is reflected in many details, such as the widely used small furnace type of about 6300KVA in China (large heat dissipation and low output), the furnace type design is not strict in heat insulation measures, unreasonable circuit design, unreasonable size of polar circle and so on.
