Shipment Update: Mixing and Batching Equipment for Oman Silicon Metal Project

Recently, CHNZBTECH has shipped a batch of mixing and batching system equipment for a 2×33MVA silicon metal project in Oman.

This delivery mainly includes key components such as belt conveyors, weighing hoppers, drums, steel structures, idlers, magnetic separators, motors, reducers, and couplings. These parts will be used for raw material handling and proportioning in the silicon metal production process.

All equipment has undergone strict quality inspection and factory testing prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.

This shipment is part of the ongoing project delivery. Further equipment will be arranged in line with the project schedule.

This project is tailored for silicon metal production, where consistent raw material feeding is critical for maintaining furnace stability and optimizing silicon recovery. The batching system adopts an advanced control philosophy, allowing accurate ratio control and flexible operation to adapt to varying raw material conditions.
