CHNZBTECH Ships Water-Cooled Cables for a 350-Ton Electric Arc Furnace to Turkey

CHNZBTECH has successfully completed the shipment of a new batch of water-cooled cables destined for a Turkish steel producer. These cables will be applied to the 350-ton Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) — China’s largest EAF, fully designed and manufactured by CHNZBTECH.

The 350-ton EAF represents one of the largest-capacity arc furnaces ever built in China, demonstrating CHNZBTECH’s continuous advancement in high-end metallurgical equipment design and manufacturing. This project showcases our capability in engineering ultra-large EAF systems and reflects a significant step forward in China’s steelmaking technology and innovation.

The water-cooled cables delivered in this batch are designed to ensure stable and efficient power transmission under high-current, high-temperature operating conditions. As one of the key components of large-scale EAFs, these cables contribute to improved arc stability, reduced energy loss, and enhanced overall furnace performance.
