Introduction to water-cooled cable

Water cooling cable, commonly known as water cable, is a special cable with hollow water for high current heating equipment. It is usually composed of electrode (cable head), conductor and outer protective sleeve.

The electrode of ordinary water-cooled cable is welded by copper pipe and copper bar, which is not closely connected with the equipment; The conductor is made of bare copper wire with large bending radius; The external protective sleeve uses ordinary rubber hose with low pressure resistance; The sleeve and electrode are fastened with ordinary clamps, which has poor sealing and is easy to leak.

The high-quality water-cooled cable electrode is made of integral copper bar turning and milling, and the surface is passivated or tinned; The conductor is made of tinned copper stranded wire or enamelled wire woven by CNC winding machine, with high flexibility and small bending radius; The outer protective sleeve adopts synthetic rubber pipe with reinforced cloth clamping layer, with high pressure resistance. The sleeve and electrode are cold extruded and fastened on professional equipment with red copper clamp, which has good sealing and is not easy to leak.
