8 points needing attention for the maintenance of intermediate frequency furnace.  The specific content is as follows:  

1.to do a week or half a month shut down to check all the performance of the machine, in order to timely understand the situation of the equipment, the following is the daily must do and a week or half a month of inspection steps   

2. In order to better use the machine at work, it must:  

(1) Use a temperature measuring gun to observe the temperature of the SCR and the resistance and capacitance protection resistor and the working temperature of the voltage equating resistor.  The temperature measurement time is divided into three stages: the first temperature measurement is about 5 to 10 minutes after the machine runs the first furnace of molten steel at about 1/3 of the power.  The second time was taken about the time the furnace was nearly full.  Then, for the third time, the temperature was measured at the end of the smelting, the last furnace of the day, at full power.  Of course, the above three temperature measurements need to be recorded in order to timely find and solve problems.  

(2) Check whether the screw of the cable is loose every day.  

(3) Before starting the machine every day, it must be confirmed that the power supply water pump and the furnace body water pump are turned on. The water pressure is 1.5 to 1.7 kg in the power supply cabinet and 1.5 to 2 kg in the furnace body.  

(4) keep the furnace body near the water cable clean and free of iron filings and metal objects.  

3. Before running the equipment, the water pump must be opened for 10 minutes in advance, so as to observe whether there is water leakage and water seepage. If found, it will be dealt with immediately, so as not to affect the production.  

4. If the machine detects abnormal temperature of the SCR, it should immediately check the reason to see whether the water pipe is folded up, causing insufficient water flow and heating, or whether there is dirt clogging inside the SCR tube sleeve.  

5. If it is found that the resistance temperature of the resistance-capacitance protection of the rectifier is obviously different from that of other resistors, it should be immediately checked whether the reason is that the capacitor is open or the resistance has been damaged, etc.  In general, the reactor will obviously have a buzz when the boot feeling a little jitter phenomenon.  

6. When weekly or semi-monthly maintenance check, pay attention to:  

(1) there is no falling phenomenon of the line groove above the inverter resistance capacitance protection to avoid the occurrence of short circuit inductive resistance and burn out KK tube.  If found, use the tie belt to tie it immediately.  

(2) The screws and water clips of the equipment should be tightened once a week to avoid damage caused by falling or loosening.  

(3) every week to observe the hydraulic oil is not enough phenomenon, generally at least have to maintain at 80% of the oil.  

(4) According to the place, some manufacturers have lower water quality, please do a good job in the cabinet of the medium frequency power supply whether there is rotting water nozzle phenomenon, if serious please do a good job in a set of water dispenser in order to replace with the whole root in time, it is strictly prohibited to remove a water nozzle after welding on the machine.  This will seriously affect the production schedule and bring unnecessary time loss.  Generally, the water dispenser should be replaced once every 3 months for the open waterway system.  If the system is completely closed, try to replace it half a year to once a year.  

7. For the cleaning of the pipe sleeve, 20% dilute hydrochloric acid is generally used to circulate in the pipe sleeve for 10 to 15 minutes.  In general, after washing, 100% clear water must be used once and dried with compressed air, so as not to let hydrochloric acid rot tube sleeve.  

8 hydraulic maintenance points: the use of hydraulic oil should pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil and the amount of oil.  Generally need to replace the hydraulic oil half a year, a month to clean the filter.  Note that there are two filters in the hydraulic station. Do not let them work at the bottom of the hydraulic station.  Be sure to put on the shelf in the hydraulic station, in order to avoid the hydraulic station in the iron chip into the hydraulic pump and damage the pump
