  Copper contact is one part of electrode arm catch and release system, which is made of forged and cold-worked chrome bronze with good performance can ensure good water cooling effect. Improve conductivity, prevent arcing, and extend the life of the copper pad. Electrode clamping ring is made of non-magnetic stainless steel.

  The isolation area will be coated with ceramic powder under the advanced international processing. Electrode clamping has the reliable performance and long working life to be applied for LF and  AC EAF, SAF, DC EAF. Electrode clamping adopts a belleville spring, which drives the hoop to catch the electrode tightly, and releases it pneumatically or hydraulically. The clamping force is large and the electrode clamping is reliable. The electrode copper holding is made of chrome-copper alloy or copper-steel composite plate, and the internal water cooling has a long service life.
